She began her career as an emergency nurse at Vanderbilt Medical Center, caring for adults and children, before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University.
Today, as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in wellness and aesthetics, Sara combines advanced medical knowledge with a personal approach — listening first, then creating individualized plans for health, longevity, and rejuvenation.

A proud Nashvillian, she founded LeBlanc Health to offer what she saw missing in modern care: time, attention, and truly customized treatment through hormone therapy, peptides, medical evaluations, and aesthetic treatments.
